Eye Candy?
Kansas City Costume Company has been creating costume designs for over 75 years. Its facility covers 80,000-sq. feet, with 17,000 of it as retails space. Apparently they have over 10,000 costumes for everything from Halloween parties to wardrobes for theatrical productions.
I soooo know where I'm getting my Halloween costume this year!

2 Shout-outs to Waldo Oiseau:
Another good one. What makes this picture effective for me is the netting effect on the left and top, along with the point of view under the mannequin's chin. Oh, and the orange-green combination doesn't hurt, either. The mannequin looks surreal, dignified and full of purpose.
You might enjoy the links in today's Barcelona CDPB post. Interesting and instructive stuff about portraits. I'm taking an introduction to portrait photography workshop this summer and this article really got my attention.

eye catching. You have to study it a few second to figure what the picture is about.
