Kansas City's Cozy Spot
815 W 17th Street, Kansas CityLill's on 17th is located in Kansas City's historic and diverse Westside (um, but maybe not so diverse with zillions of expensive "lofts" being built on every corner throughout downtown KC).
Cool, old houses line Summit Street, while cozy, eclectic restaurants like Blue Bird Bistro and Lill's on 17th share 17th Street with independent shops/galleries like Red Star Studios.
The Pitch got it right when calling Lill's "charmingly odd." Enjoy lunch or dinner on the front or back patio with your four-legged child, or dine inside at a tiny, cozy table.

I love this little restaurant! There's a seat in the corner that is the best winter time spot for a glass of vino rosso and an intimate conversation.
