Fiesta Kansas City
Last Saturday evening, we headed to Crown Center to check out Fiesta Kansas City, put on by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City. Kansas City has a strong Hispanic community, and it was interesting to see folk dancing and sample some Mexican cuisine.
The jalapeƱo-eating contest was postponed to much later in the evening, so we missed out on it! But it was still a fun evening, all for the price of a delicious $4 burrito!
