Local Produce
As some of you know, Owen and I participated in a CSA this summer. We have a few weeks left, and the zucchini are starting to come in. This has been quite an adventure!
For example, one must learn how to create interesting dishes with turnip and mustard greens, even though one has never cooked with them previously. While the odor of chopping greens is somewhat pungent, once they start cooking, they're wonderfully delicious.
And, anything is good on pizza, right?

Ooh, that looks tasty! I just ran across my recipes for zucchini bread and zucchini cake the other day and it made me wish I'd planted a garden this year.
i've never had zucchini,seen it in shops.this snap is irresistible!makes me want to try a pizza with zucchini.
