L.C. Richardson opened his place in 1986 and offers up some of the best KC-style barbecue in the area. He was even featured on BBQ with Bobby Flay!

I love LC's. I also love looking into the pit oven which is tantalizingly close to their front counter. If this laptop could only transmit smells...
That;s a whole lot of meat - you don't get sandwiches like that here in the UK!
