Fly Beer
While I may believe that Boulevard Brewery creates the best beers in Missouri, I want to be fair and acknowledge that there are, in fact, other local beer producers!
Schlafly Bottleworks/Saint Louis Brewery, which naturally calls St. Louis home, started producing fermented goodness nearly 20 years ago. Ten beer styles are offered year-round, with special beers thrown in throughout the year. So, the next time you're passing through St. Louis, why not take a tour!

Ah, a nice reminder of home and it's good to be back. I'm partial to Schlafly's kolsch but it's a summer brew and gone for the season.
